What makes our small group fitness sessions CLUTCH — and worthy of your time and hard earned cash? We believe hard work, repeated consistently, is the only magic formula for achieving anything. We are dedicated to helping every athlete who comes through our doors perform their best, and we believe elite programming should be available and accessible to all. We won’t let you sacrifice technique or movement quality just to increase the load. We will not let you do anything for an infinite number of reps with randomly selected weights that aren’t meant for you. There’s no hiding here in a packed, dark room. We believe developing and maintaining range of motion and stability are just as important as speed and strength. We won’t push you to the brink of questioning your life decisions while being subjected to an obnoxiously loud playlist — we actually want you to hear our coaching cues. We want you to walk out feeling smarter, stronger and wanting more, not feeling like you won’t be able to move tomorrow. This is literally all the sh*t you need to be doing. If you disagree or don’t like that we call it that, then we’re not right for you. And we’re perfectly OK with that.


Sh*t You Need But Don’t Do

Expect a combo of mobility work and strength training. Mobility will be trained with the same focus and intensity as moving the heavy stuff. By mobility, we don’t mean a passive hamstring stretch or touching your toes. We mean teaching your body to find new ranges of motion and progressing in intensity over time. WTF does that mean? Exactly why you need to show up. 

The purpose of the mobility work is to prep for movement and lifts while avoiding injury. It’s based on Kinstretch methodology, applied functional science and the twisted things our evil but genius minds conceive.

60-minute workout. Total body focus. Youth athletes (age 12+) also welcome.

Different muscle groups will be targeted at each session. Base-level kettlebell technique is helpful but not required. We don’t recommend this workout for those who are at the very beginning of their fitness journey, but if that’s you, please reach out to us. We offer personal and semi-private training, too.

The Ironworks

MONDAYS + WEDNESDAYS @ 4PM

The Ironworks is a coalition of student athletes from every sport (ages 12+) who are learning to dominate their sport and life. 60-minute workout. Total body focus.

 Our elite-level coaches build resilient athletes by sharpening their skills, habits and mindset, and lay the foundation for long-term achievement. This is more than a strength and conditioning program — it’s a community of athletes who are consistent and committed to gaining an edge over their competition.

 Using the Functional Range Systems Internal Strength Model, we improve the work space in our athletes’ joints and connective tissue, and increase their load bearing capacity through specific progressions each week. What the heck does that mean? They become bulletproof to injury and gain strength, power, speed, fast/slow twitch efficiency, confidence and body awareness.

Everything we do for these young athletes is based on scientific principles and research. Zero of it is just cool stuff we saw on IG.

 Please note, this small group training is only for athletes aged 12 years and up, or by coach invitation.
